QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements may vary from client to client, and state to state

Nursing License for the state as appropriate for the hospital(s) where you are requesting assignment.

BLS certification and any others you may have, (ACLS, PALS, etc.)

Work Experience, you need at least two years of nursing experience, and one year of experience in any specialty area you are requesting to be placed (i.e. ICU, PICU, NICU, etc.)

Two Professional references. One should be from a supervisor, or charge nurse, the others may be from a peer.

Skills Checklist.

Medical Information. Copy of last Physical Assessment, (must have been performed with in the last year,) and Vaccinations, PPD (within one year) or Chest X-ray (within last two years), MMR/Titer and, Hepatitis B vaccine/titer, and Varicella (Chicken Pox) titer.

Skills Tests. As appropriate to the area of nursing you have indicated to us.

OSHA Requirements Certification. We need this to verify that you are current on Fire & Electrical Safety and Universal Precautions orientation, Restraints Training, etc..., within the last year.

After we receive your complete package, you will be required to take a drug test (at no cost to you).

The collection centers are conveniently located throughout the United States.

Criminal Background check, this is done after all other parts of your application are complete
