C2 Medical Professionals is a Temporary Nurse Staffing Agency that has been providing professional, reliable, and highly skilled nurses to leading area hospitals since 1996. We have many Registered Nurses and associated medical professionals in nearly all specialty areas. We believe that nurses are the vital link between the patient and the hospital. The nursing care a patient receives will largely shape that patient's opinion of your hospital. Types of Nursing Services
We staff our Nurses to our clients' hospitals in two different ways; each has its unique advantages:
Per Diem Nurses. We provide Nurses on a daily/weekly basis to client hospitals. As census fluctuates, and unforeseen events occur, our staffing coordinators are available 24 hours a day to make the best effort to fill these unexpected needs. This staffing is the most flexible for the facility, and can be canceled up to two hours before the scheduled shift. However , it is more difficult to staff, and it is harder to maintain continuity of care.
Travel and Local Contracts . We provide Nurses who agree to long-term assignments (usually 4 to 13 weeks), on a part-time or full-time basis. The terms of the agreement have a lot of flexibility and can be tailored to match the needs and preferences of the nurse, hospital, and/or particular unit. Our dedicated Contracts Coordinator will be happy to help with matching a RN to meet your contract needs . This work relationship provides the facility with better continuity of care. The facility has a Nurse that is committed, for that time, like a regular staff member, but not the long-term costs of an employee.

Scheduling
Our scheduling coordinators are the heart of the day-to-day service we provide to both the client facilities, and the nurses who work for us. We have well-trained schedulers, who are very familiar with the clients' needs, and our nurses' preferences. Because of the way we staff our schedulers, most of the time, you will be talking to the same scheduler in the morning and at night. That provides a higher level of continuity than many other Agencies cannot offer.

Screening and Nurse Qualifications
We thoroughly review the qualifications of all Nurses who work for C2. Each nurse must complete the required paperwork, skills tests, and drug screening and background check prior to working for our company.
